He was predeceased by: his siblings, Burdette Brink and Ann Brink. He is survived by: his significant other Mary E. Carnahan (Hoffman); his children, Michael Brink (Rhonda) of Holgate, Susan Mock (Lee) of Liberty Center, Todd Carnahan (Melissa) and Teresa May (Brad); his grandchildren, Tyler Mock, Ciara Brink, Steven Carnahan, Brittany Rohda, Lauren Shay, Blair May, Hunter Carnahan, Jacob May, Tory May and Mazie May; his great grandchildren, Addie Mock, Evan Mock, Payton Carnahan, Molly Rohda, Oakie Shay, Beckett Shay and Kali McLeod; and his brother Fred Brink (Carol) of Toledo.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be directed to CHP Defiance Hospice or the Victory Chapel, United Brethren Church.
