She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Kortokrax (Todd) of Haviland; her grandchildren, Brittany Motycka of Grover Hill, Ryan Kortokrax (Kait) of Louisville and Dannielle Kortokrax (Dave Williamson) of Delphos; her great grandchildren, Brantley, Colton, Emmalee and Addison; her siblings, Cathy Wagley (Tom) of Pickerington, Carol Jo McCumber of Port Clinton, Carleen Balduf (Tom) of Port Clinton and Brian Kukay (Tiffany) of Marblehead; her stepchildren, Ronald "Chip" Slattman (Tammy Sexton) of Grover Hill, Janelle Nienberg (Dwayne) of Dupont, Darla Moran (Ben) of Continental and Debby Bostelman (Bruce) of Defiance; and her stepgrandchildren, Lillie, Dwayne, Lizzey, Tabby, Lainey, Grace, Laila, Chelsea, Bret and Bryce. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren, step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
