He is survived by: his daughter Angelyn Bidlack (Nathan Lienhart) of Indianapolis, IN; his siblings, Annette Burkholder (Todd) of Lima and Eric Bidlack (April) of Continental; his nephews, Dylan Burkholder, Tyler Burkholder and Adam Bidlack; and his niece Ella Bidlack.
