She was predeceased by: her husband Darrell Meeks. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Horstman (Chase) of Fort Jennings, Michael Meeks of Ottawa and Megan Matthews (Arron) of Continental; her grandchildren, Jacob Cruz, Alyse Horstman and Rachael Matthews; and her siblings, Pam Osenga (Kim) of Van Wert, Barb Langenek (Rick) of Pickerington and David McCullough (Diana) of Oakwood.
