He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Walter and Mary Jane Weldy-Helton (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Shafford; and his sons, Theodore Weldy II of Conover and Michael Weldy of Findlay, OH. He is also survived by daughter, seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a sister.
