He is survived by: his parent Grace Worthington (Caven); his spouse Shirley Arlene Ross; his children, Gary Worthington (Jane) of Troy, OH and Rhonda Beckman of Sebring, FL.; his grandchildren, Liza Worthington (Theresa) of Westerville, OH, Vanessa Sandberg (Justin) of Conover, OH and Levi Worthington (Justine) of Jacksonville, FL; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Beau, Eris and Ira; his siblings, James Worthington (Maxine) of Bowling Green, KY, Allen Worthington of Fletcher, OH and Janet Leonard (Jack) of Conover, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Swank (Alan) of Troy, OH and Clara Nelson of Trussville, AL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
