He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Stoltz and Ruth Stoltz; and his daughter-in-law Melissa Stoltz. He is survived by: his sons, Samuel "Sam" Stoltz (Kerry) of Westfield, IN, Jonathan "Jon" Stoltz of Ithica and Matthew "Matt" Stoltz of Greenville; his grandchildren, Abigail and Alexander Stoltz; his stepmother Melverda Stoltz of Troy; and his sister Cherry Stoltz of Conover.
