With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rita M. Finley of Conover, Ohio, born in Paintsville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 13, 2024 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oweny Joseph and Marie Joseph; her husband Scott Finley; and her son Guy Finley. She is survived by: her sons, Emory and Pern Finley; her sister Judy Compton; her grandson Nathan Finley; her great grandchild Alijanae Keyra Finley; and her friend Ruthann Tatman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
