We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2024, at the age of 76, Patricia Fields of Conover, Ohio, born in Piqua, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Hughes and Ruth Hughes (Briggs); and her daughter Tina Fields. She is survived by: her husband Charles Fields; her children, Amanda Hopkins (Rick) and John Fields (Ashley); her grandchildren, Austin, Lanie, Owen Fields and Madison Young; and her brother Bill Hughes (Bernie). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
