With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Long of Conover, Ohio, born in Troy, Ohio, who passed away on November 12, 2020 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eugene Long to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaylord Long and Edith Long (Schlotterbeck); his wife Karen Kay Long (Knoop); his brother Kenneth Long; and his brother-in-law Gary Olson.

He is survived by: his children, Beth Casper (Jamie) of Wilmington, NC and Jeff Long (Mandy) of Hamilton, OH; his grandchildren, Kendall, Morgan Casper, Ainsley and Makaylin Long; his close friend Leslie Schwartz; his siblings, Anita Olson of Portland, OR., Lenora Bowen (Roger) of Casstown, Norman Long (Becky) of Tipp City, Steven Long (Mary) of Piqua and Dennis Long (Kris) of Troy; and his sister-in-law Janice Long of Tipp City.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the family requests that masks be worn and social distancing be observed.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to donor's favorite charity.
