Shouse (Spangler); his daughters, Toni Hall (Jack), Angela Mulford (Christopher) and Pamela Lambert (Jason); his grandchildren, Steven, Courtney, Kale and Dally; his great grandchildren, Drew, Blake, Ponder, Bristol, Ava and Ezra; his brother Donald Bruce Shouse; and his cousin Linda Brock.
