He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Barbee and Loda Barbee (Clevenger); his brothers, Raymond, Jr. and Ralph Barbee; and his half-sisters, Mary Grace Lingo and Jenny Mae Gloyd.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lou Steinman; his children, Sandy Williams (Tim) of Conover and Tom Barbee (Diane) of Covington; his grandsons, Chad Williams (Kari) of Conover, Mike Williams (Carrie) of Troy, Bryan Barbee of Covington and Brad Barbee of Seattle, WA.; his great grandchildren, Samantha, Abigail, Ben and Emily Williams; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Michael Fischer, Taylor, Haley and Brayden Young.
