He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Meryl Taylor; his siblings, Brittainy Kasunic, Ashley Koivisto (David) and Nicholas Taylor (Kelly); his aunt Carol Brown; and his close friend Clint Penniman.
