He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellena Lewis Fuller and Robert Lee Fuller; and his son Robert Otis Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Donna Sanford Fuller; his son Terry W. Fuller (Cindy Fuller); his granddaughter Karen Fuller Walker (William Walker); his brother Donald Fuller; his grandchildren, Kelly King, Krystal Shiver, Joshua Fuller, Amanda Hayes, Jessica Walker, Stuart Miller, Jessica Kim, Alexandria Henry and Chris Fuller; his brother Delton Fuller; and also Shirley Fuller Webb.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests all charitable donations may be made in memory of Bob to Christian Faith Academy, 2710 State Rd., Ashtabula, Ohio, 44004.
