He is survived by: his children, Zachariah of Wisconsin, Gage of Conneaut, Taylor of Conneaut and Jesse of East Springfield, PA; his sisters, Susan Atzemis and Nancy Evix of Ashtabula; his grandson Grey Frick; and his nieces and nephews, James Atzemis, John Atzemis, Tina Enlow, Lori Evix, Brenda Evix, Jacob Jarvi, Jordan West, Cali Royer, Donald Frick, Jr. and Gerry Frick.
