She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Beesley and Romana Beesley (Griffin); her husband Charles Welsh; her son Victor Welsh; and her brother Larry Beesley (Janie).
She is survived by: her children, William Welsh, Edward Welsh and Kathryn Osborne (Joseph); her grandchildren, Arthur, Dean, Connor, Jason and Liam Welsh; and her siblings, Jim Beesley (Sylvia), Michael Beesley (Joyce), Lynn Picard (Jerry), Ann Potucek, Beth Frisce (Larry), Kathleen VandeVelde (Thomas) and Joan Ellen Beesley. She is also survived by many many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
