We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2021, at the age of 79, Joan Barnett of Conneaut, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Barnett to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Webb (Gotshall) and Robert C. Webb; her son Charles; and her brother Dale. She is survived by: her siblings, Clayton Webb (Peggy) and Linda Sprague (Robert); and her daughter-in-law Angie Barnett of Conneaut. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
