He is survived by: his wife Earlene Braden Rutherford; his daughter Shelley Williams of Cranesville, PA; his grandsons, David Varkette (Heather), Justin Grubbs (Jaclyn), Christopher Williams (Ashley) and James Wood; his brother Robert Rutherford (Sharon); his son-in-law Mark Halstead; and his aunt Wilma Smith. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Raisian Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services (581 Harbor St, Conneaut, OH 44030). The military honors will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
