He was predeceased by: his parents, John English and Luella English (Benson). He is survived by: his wife Linda (Rickard); his daughter Mandy Schlemminger (Volker) of Oxford, AL; and his stepdaughter Kelly Kapen Tredway of Liberty, MO. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; and 5 brothers and sisters.
