He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hawkins and Edna Hawkins (Pettit); his siblings, Harold Hawkins and Tina; and his close friend Mary Bodecker.
He is survived by: his sisters, Wilma Schultz and Nancy.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memory Gardens (3140 E Center St, Conneaut, OH 44030).
