It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Heather Lynn Laferty (Conneaut, Ohio), who passed away on October 21, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father David L. Hawn; her grandparents, Lee, Donna Litwiler, Charles and Vivian Hawn; and her friend Bob Gephart.
She is survived by: her mother Rebecca A. Litwiler; her siblings, Charles L. Hawn (Cherie), Nick Rhodes (Tia) and Amanda Morris (Chad); her nieces and nephews, Charles L. Hawn II, Justin Hawn, MaKenna Rhodes, Haylee Rhodes, Chase Morris and Cayleigh Morris; her great-nephew Ryker Hawn; and her great-nieces, Ellie Mae Hawn, Harper Hawn and Magnolia Hawn.
A burial will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Memory Gardens (3140 E Center St, Conneaut, OH 44030).
