With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gunnar Grant Hagerman (Conneaut, Ohio), born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 2, 2024 at the age of 17. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Rev. Glen Hagerman, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas R. Hagerman (Angela LeBlanc) of Conneaut and Ericka Post (Molnar); his grandparents, Rhoda Hagerman, Debbie Sladick and Paul Molnar; his siblings, Stefon Hagerman, Collin Hagerman and Lauren Hagerman; his uncle Glen Hagerman, Jr.; his aunts, Christina Scifo and Glenna Taylor (Ruben Keen); his brother Ethan Neubert; and his half-brothers, Nahele Fromen and Soren Postand.
Memorial contributions may be made to Gunnar's family or directly to the Raisian Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral cost.
