It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Rought of Conneaut, Ohio, who passed away on March 7, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Phillips and Rose Phillips (Horvath); her husband Charles Rought; her siblings, Edith Courtwright, Joseph Phillips and Catherine Balla; and her granddaughter Rose Best.
She is survived by: her children, Christine "Chris" Stultz (Jim), Diane Adams (Harold, Sr.), Laura Beatman (Robert), Dennis Rought, Sr. (Belinda), Keith Rought (Kathy), Robert Rought (Ann Goudge), Terry Rought and Thomas Rought; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Justin Gurto, Christopher, Amber Adams, Nathan, Kevin, David Brewer, Jason Rought, Tammy Broome, Dennis Rought, Jr., Cassandra, Amy, Kimberly Rought, Megan Copeland, Bradley and Tommy Rought. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
