He is survived by: his mother Mary Lee (Eimers); his wife Michele Shean; his children, Davey, Danny and Mikayla; his stepfather Mark Coxon; and his siblings, Michele Otto, Chris Myers (Mike) and Adam Coxon (Jaime). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
