He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sr. Baugher and Elizabeth Baugher (Titus); his wives, Clarice, Sandra and Irene; and his brother David.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Brown (Jay), Linda McGhee (Rod), Patricia Rugg (Roger) and Sharon Baugher (Arnie Carlson); and his brother Earl Baugher. He is also survived by five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great great-granddaughter.
