He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Hicks and Helen Hicks (Puffer); his wife Nadine Moore; his sons, Chris Jr. and Jon Hicks; his granddaughter Skilyr Hicks; and his sister Cindy Schatz.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Breelyn Hicks, Jacob Hummer and Ashley Hummer; his great grandchild Skilyr Grace; and his siblings, Cheryl Deemer (Harold) of Warren, OH, Cecelia Erdman of Wellsburg, WV., Connie Carpenter of Conneaut, OH and Craig Hicks (Kelli) of Greensboro, NC.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
