He was predeceased by: his parents, Worthy Penniman and Catherine Penniman (Specht); and his wife Loretta Penniman (Notte). He is survived by: his children, Lori Baruffa (Christopher) of Madison and Charles Penniman (Debbie); his siblings, Larry Penniman (Sue) of Conneaut, Mary Oldaker (Doug) of Kingsville and Denise Fitzmartin (Kevin) of Ashtabula; his son-in-law John Jyurovat of Saybrook; his granddaughters, Jeannie Jyurovat (David Jackson) and Tanya Hoylman (Will); and his great grandchildren, Bryce, Colton, Jacob, Torynn and Leila.
