He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Stegall, and Lora Stegall, Jr. (Fuller); and his sister-in-law Denise Cunningham. He is survived by: his daughters, Lora Stegall of Ashtabula, Megan Biedrycki (Joe) of Conneaut and Katelyn Stevens (Jason) of Ashtabula; his sisters, Cynthia Moyer (Damion) of Ashtabula and Veronica Pearl of Des Moines, Iowa; his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Davis (Lisa) of Conneaut and Lucinda Henderson (Will) of Conneaut; his granddaughters, Elaine Biedrycki and Amelia Stevens; and his friends, Ambrose Barnes and Richard Tucker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
