He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Hootman (Green); his daughters, Debi Hootman (Tim), Janet Michael (Chuck) and Jody Wright (Eric); his grandchildren, Scott Hootman, Ryan Michael (Heather), Kimberly Schroeder (Tyler), Erika Michael, Jared Michael, Payton Robertson (Derek), Adyson Wright and Caleb Wright; and his great grandchildren, Tate and Bodey Michael.
