He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foster and Blanche Foster (Lapp); his siblings, Irene McNichols (Patrick), Francis Erman (Lester) and James Foster; his brothers-in-law, Dennis Fender, Jack McNeal, James Crouso and Ronald Larr (JoAnn); and also Helen Lucile Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Anita "Ruth" Foster (Larr); his son Kevin Foster (Brenda); his grandchildren, Wade Albert Foster and Kaeyla Foster (Andy); his great grandchild Luke Gabbard; his siblings, Janet Fender, Barb McNeal, Mary Crouso and Harold Foster (Brenda); and his siblings-in-law, Alice Foster and Rodney Larr (Elaine). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
