He was predeceased by: his mother Debbie Jo Smith; and his grandparents, Larry, Carol Smith, Dave and Suzie Chaney.
He is survived by: his father Robert G. Chaney (Amanda) of Conesville; his daughters, Shawntae Smith of Conesville and Raelynn Chaney of Coshocton; his siblings, Kylie Lusk (Shawn) of North Carolina, Sharon Chaney of Dresden, Cody Hacker (Grace) of Coshocton, Noah Chaney of Conesville, Dylan Harsh of Columbus, Bryce Dreher of Coshocton and Richard Pietrzyk of Gdansk, Poland; and his cousin Jonathan Ladrach (Christine) of Coshocton.
