He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Miller and Christine Miller; his brother Michael Miller; and his son David Miller. He is survived by: his children, Mark (Cindy), Adam (Michelle) and Ashley Miller (Curtis); and his pets, Daisy and Heaven. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
