He was predeceased by: his father William J Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Stevens; his children, Rachel Stevens, William Jeffrey Stevens (Kate) and Nicholas Stevens (Laura Baskin); his grandson Jack Stevens; and his brothers, Tom Stevens (Kim), Rob Stevens (Jacki), Tim Stevens (America) and John Stevens (Jodi). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
