He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Stewart (Hairston); his parents, Hasker Stewart and Hattie Stewart; his parents-in-law, Maude and Eugene Hariston; and his brothers, Donald Stewart, Gail Stewart and Dail Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Renada Manns (Sherrod), Aubree Manns, Robin Jones (Rock) and Walter Stewart Jr.; and his grandchildren, Antiwan Fraley, Kayden Stewart, Asia Anderson, Simya Hutchins and Sabrina. He is also survived by Gram, four great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and a host of special nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
