She was predeceased by : her parents, Sonny Oscar Baccus, Sr. and Carrie Bell Baccus (Griggs); her husband Robert Rudolph Taylor Jr.; and her siblings, Velma Lowder, Sonny Oscar Baccus, Jr., Eddie Baccus, Sr. and Barry Baccus.

She is survived by : her children, Vanessa A. McKinney (Floyd) and Steven A. Taylor (Ashley); her grandchildren, Victoria Howard (Jeremy), Darius McKinney, DiShon McKinney and Dequilla McKinney; her siblings, Kenneth Baccus, Roger Baccus, Phoebe Carter (Lavelle), Jeanette Wills (Jimmy) and Carolyn Martin (Henry); and her great-aunt Virginia Griggs Minor (Donald).
