She was predeceased by : her parents, Georgia Lorraine Bennett and Gene Paul Bennett Sr.; and her sister Gwendolyn Shepard. She is survived by : her sons, Anthony (Collette) and Andre (Amanda); her grandchildren, Justus, Aubrielle, Ricole, Envyi, Raijien and Anthony Jr.; her great grandchildren, Sage and Onyx Bennett; her brothers, Gene Paul Jr. (Desma), Jeffrey Clayton (Linda) and David Andre (Dione); her uncle Frank Wade (Maggie); her aunt Laverne Ford; and her cousins, Jacqueline Abbington-Bing, Barbara Jean Westbrook, Brenda Mitchell and Rosemary Wade. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of adopted children and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace New Covenant Worship Center (1643 Aberdeen Ave, Columbus, OH 43211). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
