He was predeceased by: his parents, Todd and Eleanor; and his sister Sandra. He is survived by: his children, Scott (Heather) of Galena, OH and Kate Cain (Brad) of Upper Arlington, OH.; and his grandchildren, Gracyn, Addelyn, Aidan and Liam.

In lieu of flowers, Todd would want any contributions in his memory be made to the United States Golf Association (USGA) - Far Hills NJ.
