He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Evans; his sons, Mark (Jennifer) and Jason (Ashley); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Emma, Lauren, Joseph and Julia; and his sister Jodi Blacklidge. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
