He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Foster and Charlsia Foster; his wife Pamela; and his siblings, John Henry, William, Charles, Edward, Tilda Mae, Roberta, Rosaline, Rodney (Sharon), Anthony, Carolyn and Beatrice. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
