She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas O'Connor and Helen O'Connor (Ey); her brother Michael J. O'Connor; her brother-in-law Michael E. Putnam; and her niece Mindy O'Connor.
She is survived by: her siblings, Patrick J. O'Connor, Timothy R. O'Connor, Theresa A. Putnam and Molly Englehardt (John); her sisters-in-law, Susan O'Connor and Barbara O'Connor; her nieces and nephews, Kara Prem (Bill) of Matt O'Connor, KT, Patrick O'Connor, Ashley Hofacre (Matt), Rachel Putnam, Jack Englehardt and Annie Englehardt; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rory Prem, D. Liam Prem, Maggie Carroll, Ryan Carroll and Caroline Hofacre; her aunt Irene Navin (Protestant); and her brother Scott R. Gulick. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Egan - Ryan Northwest Chapel (4661 Kenny Rd, Columbus, OH 43220). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (893 Hamlet St, Columbus, OH 43201).
