She is survived by: her husband Roy Smith; her siblings, Lillian Caliver and Curnel Elliot; and her close friend Catherine Moore.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Green Lawn Cemetery (1000 Greenlawn Ave, Columbus, OH 43223).
