It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Cherry (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on March 20, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Clay and Dorothy Clay; her sister Betty Jo Terry; and her son-in-law Brad Lucas. She is survived by: her children, Chris Cherry, Sheryl Cherry, Carole Cherry and Bernard Cherry; her grandchildren, Brad Cherry, Stephanie McElroy, Kaela Yarbrough, Kori Daniels (Bright) and Carole Conley; and her sister Judith Alexander. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and numerous other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jerry Spears Funeral Home (2693 W Broad St, Columbus, OH 43204). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
