He was predeceased by: his father Rodney E. Neff; and his uncles, Philip Neff (Delores), Lee Barr (Ruth) and Glen Barr. He is survived by: his mother Loretta M. Neff (Barr); his children, Kimberly and Kelly; his grandchildren, Isabella and Emerson; and his uncle Dean Barr.
