He is survived by: his wife Cindy Frazee; his sons, Andrew and Aaron Frazee; his grandchildren, Kyra, Alexandra and Nora; his siblings, Dan Cash (Brenda), Michael "Mic" Frazee (Lucy) and Melinda "Mindy" Brockman; and his pets, Harley and Skyler. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
