We are sad to announce that on May 26, 2022, at the age of 78, Roger Jewell Sr. (Columbus, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Carol; and his parents, Cecil Jewell and Betty Jewell. He is survived by: his children, Roger Jewell Jr. (Lori) and Amy Ortegon (Mark); his grandchildren, Danielle Farr (Quentin), Zachary Jewell (Lupita), Cody Jewell, James Patterson (Tammy) and Steve Patterson (Jorden); his great grandchildren, Caydon, Jaelyn, Blayklei, Max, Corinne, Piper and Keeley; his siblings, Gary Jewell (Jeanne), Judi Miyoshi (Don), Linda Gordon (Charlie), Gay Roberts (Jack) and Mari Welch (Moss); and his pet Carl.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Mount Carmel Hospice, 1144 Dublin Rd., Columbus, OH 43215.
