He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Buchanan and Nora Buchanan (Shelton). He is survived by: his wife Sherry Buchanan (Sokaski); his children, April Buchanan and Scott Buchanan (Kayla); his grandsons, Myles, Owen and Quentin Buchanan; his siblings, Sondra Buchanan, Phil Buchanan and Brenda Bise; and his friend Thomas Kareckas, Sr..
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Werner-Gompf Funeral Services (1106 Park Ave E, Mansfield, OH 44905). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Werner - Gompf Funeral Services (1106 Park Ave E, Mansfield, OH 44905).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that anyone who would like to make a memorial contribution plant a tree in his honor.
