He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Moore; his parents, Harrison Hill and Elizabeth Goldie Moore (Bowman); and his sisters, Margaret Turner, Alice Crump and Florence Latham.
He is survived by: his children, Rudolph Moore (Charlise), Sherrierenya Moore, Robert Matthew Moore, Victor Randolph Moore (Diane), Darrell Anthony Moore and Takisha Martin; and his grandchildren, Victor Moore, Jr., Satin Fields (Donnelle), Victoria Moore, Christian Harvey, Diamond C. Moore, Stephanie Moore, Terrell Moore and Ty Moore. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
