He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Chalfan of Columbus, OH, Joseph Slark (Shelly) of Columbus, OH, Jessica Gibbs (Jason) of Columbus, OH, Joshua Slark of Marysville, OH and Savannah Tirey (Shawn) of Springfield, OH.; his siblings, Lorena Lowry of Orlando, FL, Teresa Silverglade (David) of Delaware, OH, Richard Slark of Springfield, OH and Thomas Slark (Rhonda) of Circleville, OH.; and his sister-in-law Marcia Moloy of Galveston, TX.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
