He is survived by: his children, Michael Blackwell, Pamela Tackett (Michael) and Mark Blackwell; and his grandchildren, Kayleigh Blackwell, Nathan Blackwell, Adaline McAninch (David), Garrett Hunnicutt and Faith Blackwell. He is also survived by great-grandson; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
