Regina (Jean) Flaherty Obituary
With solemn reverence, we commemorate Regina (Jean) Flaherty in Columbus, Ohio, whose life came to an end on November 29, 2024 at the age of 87, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas McCort and Florence Gallagher McCort; her husband Michael E. Flaherty; her son-in-law Michael Gaus; her grandson Shayne Flaherty; and her siblings, Caroline Hraback, Aldretta Mengon, Janine Bizanovich, Florence Reirdon, Geraldine Mansuy, Abe, Bill, Art and Doug McCort.
She is survived by: her children, James (Kristi), Joseph (Laura), Margaret Dardinger (Rex), Timothy (Marcy) and Ellen Gaus; and her siblings, Therese Santin, Anne Reisbeck, Kay Mallett and Gerald McCort. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Brigid of Kildare Church (7179 Avery Rd, Dublin, OH 43017). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
